The northwest corner is the better outlook. Floors 7–15 share the twelve-unit layout; floor 16 changes to eight units and a sky lounge.
Skip if
Avoid choosing south for the outlook. East-facing units through floor 10 look toward a storage building. North faces Neo Edgewater; around floors 4–6, it is a close wall view.
