Brand-new 41-story Bozzuto tower on Biscayne Blvd at 26th Street. The wraparound pool deck on the 14th floor is the big draw.
Inside scoop
The pool deck has a lap pool, cold plunge, hot tub and saunas. Studios have a partial wall that makes the sleeping area feel separate from the living space; the finishes are nice. There is also a rooftop deck on floor 41, coworking space and a dog spa.

Ask for
Pick Neo over Flow Edgewater if amenities are your thing: the pool deck, rooftop and coworking win. East-facing lines 04–09 have real water in view, along with Aria Reserve and other towers. South-facing homes clear Wynwood Bay from about floor 11 up. West-facing lines 01 and 12–15 look over the pool deck. Lines 13 and 15 come with a den and are very roomy.
Skip if
Line 02 faces south, so below about floor 11 it looks at Wynwood Bay. Lines 02, 10 and 11 also have less outside wall, so they get less light.
