2BRs have balconies east and west. Lines 07 and 09 have larger layouts on floors 31–32.
Skip if
Studios and 1BRs have NO balcony, and there are no real water views — bay glimpse only at the very top. If you want water, look elsewhere. What residents tell us: units feel smaller than the price suggests, and with parking (valet only, around $200/mo) and utilities, a 1BR can run close to $4,000 all-in. Valet waits can be long. Some finishes were rushed and repairs can be slow. Amenities except the gym close at 10pm. Next-door construction brings noise and bright work lights at night, so ask which side your unit faces. Ask how management handles pet cleanup in the halls.
