Inside scoop
Melo building: easier approval than most. Weaker credit can still be approved with a one-month security deposit (get in writing how and when it comes back). After your lease it goes month to month, usually about $300 more. Melo doesn't run rent specials.
Ask for
Tower 60 is east and tower 58 is west. Ask for an outward-facing home: north appears open, as do west from tower 58 and east from tower 60.
Skip if
Tower 60 west faces tower 58; tower 58 east looks over the pool toward tower 60. Northwest diagonal views can include neighboring buildings even when part of a corner balcony stays open.
