Melo building: easier approval than most. Weaker credit can still be approved with a one-month security deposit (get in writing how and when it comes back). After your lease it goes month to month, usually about $300 more. Melo doesn't run rent specials.
Ask for
Line 16 gives a north-and-west corner; line 8 has the largest balcony.
Skip if
East-facing lines 6 and 7 look toward 25 Biscayne Park. This is not a water-view building.
