Nido › Edgewater buildings › Miami Plaza

Nido’s take
36 stories, 425 units and 24/7 concierge in Miami’s Arts & Entertainment District. L-shaped building with a heavily shaded 9th-floor pool deck. We estimate the main pool gets little direct sun until around 3 p.m. A small east-corner pocket may get limited sun until roughly 1 p.m. before the neighboring building blocks it. Exact hours will shift by season.
Inside scoop
Melo building: easier approval than most. Weaker credit can still be approved with a one-month security deposit (get in writing how and when it comes back). After your lease it goes month to month, usually about $300 more. Melo doesn't run rent specials.
The south side stays blocked up past floor 7, so the corner units matter more here than height.

Line 11 is a 3BR with rooms facing the pool and a north-facing balcony. Line 12 has a limited bay glimpse from its rooms and part of its balcony; the water is not easy to see.

Lines 07, 08, 09, 11 and 12 face a neighboring building from the balcony. Floors 2–8 combine units with a large parking garage, with possible vehicle or access activity nearby. Low south-facing units look toward the Metro station. South-facing outlooks also include a newer building and the building we referred to as Grand Station; higher south-facing units should not be assumed clear.
