Inside scoop
Melo building: easier approval than most. Weaker credit can still be approved with a one-month security deposit (get in writing how and when it comes back). After your lease it goes month to month, usually about $300 more. Melo doesn't run rent specials.
Ask for
Start with South Tower line 3 or 21, or North Tower line 24, for the strongest corner exposures.
Skip if
The two-tower layout makes direction and line more important than the building name alone.
