Melo building: easier approval than most. Weaker credit can still be approved with a one-month security deposit (get in writing how and when it comes back). After your lease it goes month to month, usually about $300 more. Melo doesn't run rent specials.
Ask for
Line 7 is the north-and-east corner; higher floors can see the park and a peek of the bay.
Skip if
South and west lose the park; east earns only a possible high-floor glimpse, not a full bay view.
