The newer sibling to Monarc next door, with Downtown convenience at the door: Whole Foods and Silverspot Cinema downstairs and the MetroMover about 5 minutes away. Close enough to walk to Brickell offices.

Good amenities: a sauna, massage rooms and a gym. Smart package lockers, valet you call from an app, and Nest thermostats. Some units have backlit mirrors and small wine fridges. 43 stories and 391 units, about 10 per floor.
Ask for
If you want water, get on the side that sees it: some units catch a bit of the bay and the river. Nothing is under construction to the north yet, so north is open for now.
Skip if
The Aston Martin tower blocks part of the view, especially on lower south-facing floors. You're in the middle of Downtown: on concert or Heat game nights you'll wait forever for an Uber, so plan to walk. The pool isn't the draw.
