One of Nido's top-rated buildings and our #1 Worldcenter pick: a 2024 tower, 53 stories and about 560 units, with a 25th-floor pool and smart-home units. Brightline, Tri-Rail and the MetroMover are a couple of minutes' walk, with restaurants and the park right across the street, so it's more walkable than most of Downtown.
Inside scoop
It sits right behind the Park West condo towers: Marquis, Ten Museum Park, One Thousand Museum, 888 Biscayne and 900 Biscayne Bay. About 10 units per floor and 8 elevators, though you can still wait at busy times. Construction is going on around the building, but the hurricane glass keeps it quiet inside. Like most buildings here, you'll need to show monthly deposits of 3 times the rent on your bank statements or your last 3 pay stubs: a $5,000 2-bedroom means about $15,000 a month coming in. A guarantor needs 5 times the rent, and savings or investment accounts can help. They run a look-and-sign offer if you lease within 24 hours of your tour; we find out the incentive first so you know it on the spot.
Ask for
Studios run about $2,290 with no view and $2,530 with a view; 2-bedrooms with big views are about $5,400. East isn't blocked, and higher floors put more distance between you and the street. West looks okay.
Skip if
Some studios are small, down to about 476 sq ft. North-facing units up to about floor 10 look straight at another building. South faces the Flow towers. The lowest-priced 1-bedroom faces a garage.
