Nido’s take
We choose Bezel for the finishes, the views and the amenities, and the pool is pretty awesome too. Premium glass at Miami Worldcenter: rooftop pool, luxury finishes, and the Apple Store, Starbucks, Lucky Strike and a row of restaurants at your door. Brightline is 2 minutes away and Bayfront Park an 8-minute walk. 43 stories and 434 homes, about 10 per floor, with 6 elevators. A beautiful building with a 24/7 gym with boxing (solid, not amazing), a 24/7 minimarket, a games lounge, co-working space and a pet wash. The spa with jacuzzi, sauna and steam room should be up and running soon; check before you count on it. Pool sun is inconsistent: direct sun starts around noon to early afternoon, then Flow blocks the later-day sun, shifting by season.
Inside scoop
Park West’s condo towers on Biscayne, like Marquis and 900 Biscayne Bay, are just to the east. Sizes run from about 542 sq ft, a studio that fits you, a bed, a dresser and a TV on the wall, up to about 1,057 sq ft for the biggest 2-bedroom. That's small for a 2-bed: around 1,200 sq ft is where you get a real dining area, a living room and a second full bath with room to breathe. Balconies are there, but they aren't big.
Ask for
The 05 line is the water-view line (B2 plan), usually about $5,100, often with a month free. East is the whole pitch — walk out the door to the Kaseya Center. North's no problem.
Skip if
The physical building is good, but new management now allows short-term rentals. That guest turnover gives it a more transient atmosphere than a resident-first rental tower and is the main reason we would hesitate. NW corner west clears the garage, then looks toward a building in the distance.
Fees and move-in
Monthly on top of rent: $60 amenity fee, $25 trash, $75 community fee, and $45 required Wi-Fi, plus FPL electric.

Application $500. Needs 650+ credit and 3x the rent in income; with a guarantor, the guarantor needs 5x. Refundable $1,000 security deposit. Dogs: $425 (service and emotional-support animals are exempt by law). With a car, plan on about $175/mo for parking, up to $300 for a better space. Other optional monthly costs: motorcycle parking $50, bike storage $15, storage $150–$300, and private office space $200–$500.
