A flexible-approval Downtown option where the garage, Casa Bella and which side you face matter more than how high you are.
Inside scoop
Melo building: easier approval than most. Weaker credit can still be approved with a one-month security deposit (get in writing how and when it comes back). After your lease it goes month to month, usually about $300 more. Melo doesn't run rent specials.
Ask for
North opens up above the garage, and west opens from floor 9, where the garage ends. The southeast corner can catch a little water from the balcony.
Skip if
South-facing units on approximately floors 1–5 are blocked. Most east-facing units look toward Casa Bella. West-facing units through approximately floor 8 face the garage; units beside garage levels may experience vehicle or access noise.
