A practical West Brickell option with flexible approval, but the finishes feel dated and the view out the window isn't much.

Melo building: easier approval than most. Weaker credit can still be approved with a one-month security deposit (get in writing how and when it comes back). After your lease it goes month to month, usually about $300 more. Melo doesn't run rent specials.

Skip if
East faces the rail corridor, south and southwest lean toward I-95, and the building to the north blocks many outlooks.
