Nido’s take

One of the best communities in Brickell: people rave about the management and their neighbors, a real step up from the Melo buildings. A cool West Brickell pocket with shops nearby; the units feel small and you mostly look at other buildings.

Ask for

Line 19 is floor plan A2 and a good option. Most windows are floor-to-ceiling or close to it. Some line 19 units have wraparound balconies and others do not. Floor 23 clears many surrounding obstructions, though it does not guarantee a completely open view. North-facing outlooks are okay. South-facing units in the eastern part appear open for now; east-facing units there also appear better.

Skip if

West-facing units through about floor 10 face the garage. Interior-facing units, and south-facing units on the west end, may look at the building itself. The southeast corner faces another building at floor 15; go above floor 16 there.

Fees and move-in

Some units are income-restricted and need proof of income: a regular 1BR is about $3,032 and an income-restricted 1BR about $2,554.
