Come for the people who run it, not the view. Management is unusually responsive and even holds meetings with residents to fix things, and the amenities are really good.
Ask for
Choose by layout and location. The pool closes at 10pm, which some people like.
Skip if
There are no real views; it is practically a wall view. The apartments are dark, even inside, so plan on lamps. Skip the first-floor units: 108–110, and 111–118 at street level.
